| M & M Services will
issue an Estimate for the job it has been asked to contract.
The Estimate will tell the client about how the job
will be accomplished; it may include labour costs, material
supply & fitting cost, also completion of a contract,
i.e. days, weeks, and months.
Once an Estimate/Contract is accepted by the client
and given a start date, MMS will provide a Contract
that will be signed by the Client and a Member of MMS.
The Estimated Cost of a job is a Figure that MMS believes
to be correct at the time of pricing up.
When an Estimate is Greater or Less then the figure
stated, MMS will inform the Client before completion.
The Estimate Cost Figure/ Time Scale for completion
many increase due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e.
Problems arising from unexpected circumstances that
could not be noted for at the pricing stage. (increased
costs due to more Material Purchase & Labour Time).
Problems that may cause delay where MMS are not at
fault:
Equipment failure - Delivery of material from other
reputable suppliers - Due to Illness - Whether conditions
- Unforeseen circumstances. - (No cost would be added
to the client in the invent of these circumstances.
MMS provide immediate response and will try to complete
on time regardless).
